Product Overview

The forged steel split type ball valve has a two-piece and three-piece valve body structure. The valve body is fully forged and processed, and the valve body is connected to the valve body by bolts. It has the characteristics of compact structure, no casting defects, reliable sealing, low torque, free from daily maintenance, and convenient maintenance. It plays a role in guiding/cutting pipelines, and is suitable for oil, gas, water and other media. It is widely used in oil and natural gas extraction and transportation systems.

The design and inspection can comply with standards such as API 6D, ISO 17292, ASME B16.34, GB/T 19672, GB/T 12224, etc. The fire safety meets the requirements of API 607/API 6FA and has passed test certification. NACE anti-corrosion and acid resistance are optional, and ISO 15848 low leakage is optional.
