Product Overview

Pilot operated safety valve is a safety valve that relies on the discharge of medium from the pilot valve to drive or control the main valve. It is installed on pipelines and storage tanks to protect the equipment. When the medium pressure in the equipment abnormally rises to the specified value, the valve automatically opens and then fully discharges, playing a role in protecting equipment safety. This valve has the characteristics of high overpressure accuracy, small opening and closing pressure difference, and strong overpressure discharge capacity.

The design and inspection can comply with standards such as API520, API526, API527, GB/T 28778, GB/T 12241, etc. The fire safety design meets the requirements of API 6FA, and the NACE anti-corrosion and acid resistance are optional.
