Product Overview

According to the particularity of oxygen transportation, the oxygen ball valve designed by CHV, has the characteristics of anti-static, good conductivity, fire-resistant structure, good flame retardancy of the valve body, fast and convenient operation, small flow resistance, low torque, good sealing performance, safety and reliability, simple structure, no daily maintenance for use, and long service life.

The valve flow passage has rounded transitions at all points, without sharp edges or corners, and the surface of the inner chamber flow passage is smooth and smooth. The valve body and other components are made of high-quality stainless steel and have undergone acid washing and passivation. All components are strictly degreased during assembly, and there are obvious prohibition signs on the valve body. The valve body adopts a split structure for easy maintenance. Suitable for oxygen and other media, widely used in fields such as steel, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, and chemical engineering.

The design and inspection can comply with standards such as API 6D, GB/T 19672, GB16912, etc. The fire safety meets the requirements of API 607/API 6FA and has passed test certification.
