The first item is the "NPS24 Class900, NPS24 Class600 large-diameter forced sealing ball valve" jointly developed by the National Pipeline Group Construction Project Management Branch and Chengdu Chenggao Valve Co., Ltd; the second item is the “40″ CL1500 fully welded ball valve” jointly developed by the National Pipeline Network Group Construction Project Management Branch, the National Oil and Gas Pipeline Network Group Liquefied Natural Gas Terminal Management Company and Chengdu Chenggao Valve Co., Ltd.

The appraisal committee is composed of renowned experts from Valve Branch of China General Machinery Industry Association, China Petroleum Society, Hefei General Machinery Research Institute Co., Ltd., the Petroleum Storage and Transportation Professional Committee of the Chinese Petroleum Society, the North Pipeline Branch of the National Pipeline Group, the West East Gas Transmission Branch of the National Pipeline Group, the Shanghai Branch of China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd., the West Pipeline Co., Ltd. of the National Pipeline Group, and Sichuan University. Representatives attending the meeting include China General Machinery Industry Association, China Machinery Industry Federation, National Pipeline Network Group Construction Project Management Branch, Shenyang Branch, China National Petroleum and Natural Gas Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd., and National Petroleum and Natural Gas Pipeline Group Liquefied Natural Gas Receiving Terminal Management Company. , National Pipeline Group Tianjin Liquefied Natural Gas Co., Ltd., Hefei Tongan Engineering Machinery Equipment Supervision Co., Ltd. and other companies.

Experts from the appraisal committee and participating representatives inspected the company's production and testing sites, witnessed some factory tests, listened to the company's development summary report, reviewed documents related to design, manufacturing, testing and quality assurance, and conducted detailed technical consultation and discussion.

Finally, experts from the appraisal committee unanimously believed that the “NPS24 Class900, NPS24 Class600 large-diameter forced sealing ball valves” and “40″ CL1500 fully welded ball valves” developed by Chengdu Chenggao Valve Co., Ltd. have filled the domestic gap, and the main technical indicator has reached the advanced level of similar international products. It is recommended to promote its use, and the appraisal committee unanimously agreed to pass the appraisal.

CHV successfully developed and passed the appraisal of the domestic prototypes of "large diameter forced sealing ball valve" and "40" CL1500 fully welded ball valve. It has independent intellectual property rights. Among them, the 40" Class1500 fully welded ball valve once again broke through the upper limit of the caliber and pressure combination of fully welded ball valves, marking the technology of large-diameter forced sealing ball valves and high-pressure large-diameter fully welded ball valves for domestic gas pipelines has reached a new level.
