Product Overview

V-shaped ball valves belong to trunnion ball valves and are also single seat sealed ball valves. They have the characteristics of fast opening and closing, lightweight, low fluid resistance, simple structure, small relative volume, light weight, easy maintenance, good sealing performance, unrestricted installation direction, free flow direction of medium, no vibration, and low noise. Its flow characteristic is equal percentage, with an adjustable ratio of 100:1. Its V-shaped notch has a shear effect between the metal valve seat, making it particularly suitable for media containing fibers, small solid particles, slurry, and other materials. At the same time, V-shaped ball valves can also be used as shut-off valves, with reliable sealing performance. This valve is widely used in fields such as chemical engineering, papermaking, petroleum, and power.
