Chengdu Chenggao Valve Co., Ltd. developed the key equipment of the 40" Class1500 high-pressure large-diameter fully welded ball valve in accordance with the requirements of the Tianjin LNG receiving station project, a key national natural gas infrastructure interconnection project of the National Pipeline Network Group. Under the witness of a third-party organization, it passed various functional tests and experiments at one time, and was successfully delivered to the National Pipeline Network on November 18, 2021!

CHV has long been committed to the R&D and manufacturing of various types of pipeline ball valves, industrial ball valves and cryogenic ball valves. It has undertaken a number of national domestic projects and has accumulated rich experience in oil and gas pipeline transportation and petrochemical applications. High-pressure large-diameter fully-welded ball valve and four-seat trunnion ball valve of oil and gas pipeline won the first prize of Science and Technology of China Machinery Industry, of which 56"Class900 fully-welded ball valve of oil and gas pipeline passed the industrial test in one time. The 40" Class1500 high pressure large diameter fully-welded ball valve successfully developed in this project breaks the upper limit of the domestic caliber pressure combination of similar products in the existing country!

With the successful development of the 40" Class1500 high pressure large diameter fully-welded ball valve, it has once again refreshed the world record of high-pressure large diameter fully-welded ball valve, which has a major milestone!

The working temperature of the valves of a certain LNG project of PetroChina and the North Sea LNG project is -163°C, the driving mode is pneumatic, and the low-temperature leakage level is 1/3 of the BS 6364 standard. Cryogenic ball valves have higher requirements for performance. CHV has completed multiple cryogenic ball valve localization projects since 2018, and has successively overcome difficulties such as material selection, structural design, batch processing of high-precision sealing surfaces, and batch testing of products for cryogenic ball valves. This batch of cryogenic ball valve is the company's employees in the short time, the tight construction period of the case, the quality, overtime to catch up with the construction period, efforts to tackle the problem, in the third-party on-site supervision of the whole process witnessed, completed the performance of the test, the performance indicators fully meet the requirements of the project, and successfully delivered!

The successful delivery of the above LNG project valve products reflects CHV’s ability to provide services to users in the entire process of LNG project reception, liquefaction, and external transportation.
