To ensure all employees accurately grasp the company’s development strategy, annual objectives and work requirements, and effectively align their thoughts and actions with the company’s decisions and arrangements, Chengdu Chenggao Valve Co., Ltd. organized a special study activity on 2025 General Manager’s Work Report and 2026 Work Plan for all staff on May 28.

        The study covered all on-the-job employees of all departments, workshops and business divisions of the company, carried out in the form of zoned, batch-by-batch and centralized learning. During the study, employees of all departments watched the learning materials intensively, carefully understood the core content of the report, and clearly recognized the company’s 2025 operating results and 2026 development plan.

        This special study has further unified the thinking of all staff, built consensus for development, and laid a solid ideological foundation for the efficient progress of the company’s follow-up work.
